Mark (Marcus) Atherholt is an associate attorney at Langston, Hess & Moyles, P.A. Marcus represents clients in a wide range of employment law matters. 

 

Marcus joined the Firm in July 2023.  Prior to joining the Firm, Marcus started his career working in first party property insurance defense and insurance defense for construction defects.

 

Marcus earned his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Florida, Levin College of Law. While in law school he served as the vice president of the Estates and Trust Law Society.  Prior to attending law school, Marcus attended Florida State University where he majored in Entrepreneurship and Business Management.  Marcus served as the President of his fraternity, Sigma Pi.     

 

Marcus is currently a member of the Young Lawyers Division of the Florida Bar.
